MARCUT Reciprocating Hacksaw Blades: HDPE Cutting Range
The MARCUT HDPE Cutting Range is manufactured to the same high standards as the Original MARCUT Super Blue blades, but with a tooth design made specifically for cutting high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
Plastics like HDPE can soften and pack into the teeth of a standard blade, slowing the cut and causing the blade to bind. To prevent this, the HDPE Cutting Range has fewer, larger teeth at 6 TPI (teeth per inch). The wider gaps between the teeth carry material away from the cut, reducing clogging and keeping the blade cutting freely.
The result is fast, efficient cutting through HDPE pipe, sheet and solid sections, with more cuts per hour and less time spent stopping to clear the blade. Ideal for workshops and sites that regularly cut HDPE.
